David Dickey received his Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University's School for Politics and Economics in 2009. David has spent his academic & professional career focusing on issues of applied & defense economics as well as strategic program development. He has led dozens of programs and broken new ground in analytics for the defense & intelligence community, as well as the private sector.
